Clean hotel with helpful staff. Nice food. The breakfasts are lovely, The bus stops right outside the hotel. Rooms are basic but clean with excellent bathrooms. The bar / downstairs area is great to hang out in. I would recommend staying here as a base for exploring Tallinn.

If you are a seasoned traveller on a business trip avoid this hotel. However I'm certain some people would find it OK because it has a certain "youth hostel" ambiance to it. My room did not have a place allowing work with a laptop and it did not have a chair. Also there were no cabinets in the room for clothes. Shower was lacking water pressure (5th floor) and was very unstable in temperature. Room was however very clean and wellkept. Breakfast...so so. I opted out of the bacon - it was simply disgusting - In a big lump that was either soft steamed for burnt to a black crisp. Th scrambled eggs where of the heavy steamed powder type. Otherwise the breakfast has the standard selections with an ok quality. On the plus side I had a very delicious cesar salad one evening in the restaurant. Check-in took way to long (we were a group of 4 and it took almost 15 mins). Also the hotel do not support early check-out i.e. you will not get a receipt at least a day prior checkout - although you required payment in advance. This is below industry standard.

Third stay here and it's exactly what I need. The whole place is really clean and all the fixtures and fittings are in excellent condition. Breakfast choice and quality is great. My room was immaculate and comfortable. All of this is great news, but the icing on the cake is the staff who are all really helpful and smile! I'll be back in May and I'm looking forward to it.

Very nice and clean, very good breakfast. Bus station only 6 min by walk. Very good location and very near to old town and shopping center. 25 min by walk. Very near to airport is well by taxi 6 min.Staff very helpful and friendly.

Easy night in Tallinn

We stayed one night (our second time) and were generally happy. The check in is easy, parking dealt with, and breakfast good - probably the best Ibis breakfast we've had. The only problem was in leaving parking. The system didn't recognize our plate and I had to go back to get out.
