Had a great stay here. Room is small but we already expected this of Japanese hotels. We opted to book the hotel directly on Accor hotels website with membership rate and with free cancellation. We are a couple and chose the Standard Room with 2 single beds. If you compare, Standard room with 2 single beds is 18sq.m. as compared to 15sq.m. for Standard room with 1 double bed. Although of course the former will be a bit pricier than the latter room. As you can see in the photos, the two single beds are positioned next to each other. Direct basement access to Whity Umeda (lots of food and shopping options) and train stations is very convenient. Hotel check-in is earlier at 2pm and check-out is later than usual at 11am. Other hotels have 10am hotel check-out when compared. Luggage can be left at the concierge when you arrive earlier than the check-in time and also upon check-out if you wish to do some last minute sight-seeing before your flight home. There’s a water dispenser near the front desk. 7/11, Sukiya is just a few meters walk. And it’s near the Limousine bus at Hankyu Mall if going or coming from Kansai airport. Near Hep Five too.

Hotel had a prime.location close to main osaka station. Hard to navigate from there to hotel via basement. Rooms small but clean and comfy. Poor sound insulation. Only one microwave for whole hotel. Check in was efficient and fast. Lack of late check out was a bummer. Might consider staying at the hotel opposite next time.

The hotel is well located and close to 3 stations - Umeda, Osaka Central and Osaka Umeda. Means you have access to JR, metro and one more line. The rooms are small like most have complained but thats because its a small hotel and most rooms in Japan are on the smaller side. It is value for money. The breakfast is great and staff is polite and responsive. This place is definitely not for families with kids. At most 2 adults in a room is comfortable. Overall a great place for 2-3 nights for a tourist wanting to explore Osaka.

I don like the location, too much bar and spa. Hotel location near to the metro and subway, there is an underpass lead directly to the subway but shops and food close after 9pm. Staff are friendly and offer help when i lost and need help. Hotel do not have any washing machine and have to walk 20min to the nearest one. U can ask the hotel staff and they will give u a map. Room quite small beside the queen side bed and only a small seat with a round table. I cannot open two of my mid size luggage same time.

First, Great Location. Right smack in the middle, near the hype Namba location. Hotel design is kinda old, simple and the great thing is that it is connected to a busy 7-11. However, if you are hungry in the middle of the night, you would have to get out of the premises to reach the 711 as they lock the doors later in the night. Be prepared to use your card key to open the main door if you are coming back late as well. Many patrons will stand outside in the cold and wait for others to read the instructions so get yourself prepared before reaching the main door. We got a corner small room as we did not realize it to be that small. Large bed but small room. So it is kinda inappropriate in size. No room for luggage. As usual, the toilet is small like most Japanese hotels but comes with a bathtub. However, if you prefer to shower in hot water, the faucet does work in hot and cold but you have to adjust it yourself as one tap is for hot and the other is for cold which creates kinda a fuss to do so. Since we are coming as a family, my advice is to get a bigger room. for the price its a good stay if you like convenience. However, if you prefer a more comfortable trip, opt for other hotels but prepare to pay a slight premium. Ibis being Ibis, most patrons like it for the simple quaint designs and easy-to-travel location. That's all.
