The stay in the hotel was very very good of course everybody it's very helpful here special Mr Ken and Mr Kitt. And the breakfast is brilliant so I love to stay here in this hotel and I will come back again next year for sure

Beautiful hotel. We had a privilege room with access to the privilege club, so we were on the 16th floor. It was amazing. The room was huge and super clean, with a bath and a separate shower. The mini bar was complimentry but only the water was replenished. The pool was lovely and never crowded. Lots of shade and sun. The road outside is a bit noisey at night but nothing you couldn't sleep through (my husband worn ear plugs). The staff in the privilege club were lovely and very attentive on the first day and then dropped off a bit on the next few days. They serve afternoon tea (Small sandwiches and a few biscuits) from 2-4pm and the serve evening food and cocktails 5-7pm. This included some sort of warm dish, salad and cheese board and one dessert. Fruit was also available. Breakfast was served in the Lily Fu restuarant, downstairs. It was very nice. There was plenty of variety, however I would have eaten a lot more fruit but it was not covered and there were a lot of small flies around them. Wonderful stay and wonderful memories.

great location great breakfast. i upgraded to club class but not really worth it however it didnt ruin my stay. missed a bar but there were several close by but sometimes you just want a quiet drink alone, a 5 minute walk to the main street. overall well worth it

We stayed with our two young kids for 3 nights at this hotel. While check In after a very long flight they informed us that our agent booked only For 2 adults which was of course not true. I had to pay for early check as well but still if we need breakfast I have to pay that one separate they said. We were so tired that we just went up to the room there was only one bed provided and a very small sofa. I asked if I could have at least a sheet they said they don’t have sheets only pillow and cover! So the next day we managed to upgrade the room to a family room, which was good . And yes again we had to pay extra money for it! The last day we checked out at 4am so of course there was no breakfast. They should have give us that on arrivel! The hotel surrounding is deffinetly not suitable for kids as well please keep that in mind.

Undoubtedly, the performance of hotel reception is prefect and friendly especially Mr Addison, who is very nice and helpful when carrying us by Tuk Tuk service. Surely, the room is clean and spacious with excellent room service. However, I recommend to choose a room with higher floor because there is some music from the bar and restaurant near the hotel, which will lead to some noise at night.
