The hotel is very good. We enjoy staying here with lovely hotel. I and my family have a good time the hotel has bus to kata beach every day and they pick up back to hotel. I some walk to beach and come back with bus. Thank you Tina for organizing everything for us. Love ❤️

A Memorable Stay at Novotel Kata: Our Anniversary Celebration Experience

We chose this hotel for our special 4-year wedding anniversary ceremony, and it didn't disappoint! Although we arrived before check-in time and had to wait for about an hour, it wasn't an issue as we could enjoy the hotel's facilities with our son, such as the kids' club and swimming pool. However, one minor disappointment was when we tried to order iced coffee during the wait, only to be informed that the coffee machine was deactivated due to the breakfast service ending. This was something unexpected for an Accor Hotels experience. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a room with an ocean view. A big shoutout to Mr. Atthapon Kulprasit for arranging such a fantastic room with special amenities for our memorable occasion. The attention to detail, including the iconic room scent, really stood out, putting Novotel Kata up there with our favorite Accor Hotels in Thailand. The bellman team was exceptional, always greeting us with smiles and eye contact, unlike the front desk staff who seemed preoccupied with their computers. One suggestion would be to have staff periodically check the kids' pool area for safety, as we witnessed some unruly behavior from teenagers that could potentially harm younger children. The hotel's location is excellent, not too far from the restaurant and bar hub. While the food at the hotel wasn't exceptional, I recommend dining outside for lunch and dinner. Lastly, a big round of applause to the breakfast management team! Unlike many buffet-style breakfasts where the areas can be messy, they were quick to tidy up, making the food look even more appetizing and starting our mornings off right!

We went there for a family retreat and had a great experience there. The rooms were spacious, the kids love the kid’s bed and the little tent! The kids also enjoyed the pool very much. The staff were very helpful; the duty manager, Ms Grace, especially went great lengths to help with our various requests for our kids. Fully recommend!

The best people,food, and accommodation we absolutely .Loved it. We had an amazing time. Reception staff courteous and kind. The incredible Tina from Reception was so helpful and sincerely friendly. Breakfast is included and the spread is so delicious with so many options available. Thank you for our well deserved holiday. Pool clean and property clean and we'll maintained.

Exceptional Service by Staff!

Our family of 5 have just returned from 10 nights at the Novotel Phuket Avista Resport and Spa and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely, with good rooms, good food and a lovely pool. But what makes this hotel amazing is the staff. They are truly exceptional! Reception: When we arrived at the hotel, I have to admit that we had a few issues. However, how the staff dealt with it was amazing. Grace and Shopper on reception, turned what was initially a problem into a solution, and into a fantastic holiday! For the rest of our holiday too, they both were on hand to help with any queries we had and provide valuable information. They certainly went above and beyond, and we cannot thank them both enough. Restaurant: Then there were the staff in the restaurant, they were ALL super helpful and very polite. Add and Apple in the restaurant were particularly amazing, going above and beyond to help our family when one of our son's fell ill. Again we cannot thank them enough. They would also remember little details and preferences of our family, offering amazing service (when we know the hotel was fully booked). Dietary Requirements: I also have dietary requirements, and usually just have to make do. But not at this hotel...on the first day of our holiday, the chef became aware of this and came out to speak to me about my allergies. Such a lovely lovely touch. From then on I was catered for with options! The staff all knew about this, and made lots of personal touches, like making sure I was provided with gluten free toast for breakfast each day (with out even asking for it). I cannot thank the chef and staff at the hotel for this enough. The Pool: The pool is lovely and has a lovely summer feel about it. At the pool, the staff again were exceptional. Always going above and beyond, remembering the kids preferences and being really kind. Tim and Lai were particularly just brilliant. Again, thank you! The under water scooters were also a massive hit with the kids. We loved them. The Spa: I only used it once during out stay, but it really was wonderful. You really will enjoy a stay at this hotel, the staff are exceptional and go out of their way, so all you need to do is enjoy your holiday!
