Hotel staff were very good, friendly, and helpful. Room service/House Keeping was excellent, thank you to Cai Ting. The hotel room was disappointing, as very small and very poorly designed, there is very little storage, no full length hanging and only 6 coat hangers for 2 people. No coat hooks, had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcase under the bed. Bathroom was small with very little surface space to put items. Room was modern, clean, but not designed with the best use of the available space. Trendy but not at all practical, could have designed it much better ourselves. Have stayed in much better rooms. Any issues were dealt with by the excellent staff.

Thivas from front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back. Location is central and has shuttle service to orchard. Despite coming in on a busy period, we still manage to get an early check in. Truly appreciate the staff hospitality.

We had an excellent family stay for 4 having booked the premier suite for 9 nights. Special mention to Sophia and Gilbert at the executive lounge for making our stay special.

The Executive Lounge staff, Gilbert is really helpfull and kind. Hope all the staffs can learn from him. For the room: 2 days bed and pillow replecement is OK, but please do Daily make up to clean up the garbage and towel replacement.

Lack of staff that understand English made this entire hotel stay a trial. Had to explain what a top sheet was and how to do it and then they STILL didn't put one on. Once day they just left the sheet on top of the bed for me to make. Coffee cups and teaspoons were removed and not replaced. One expensive KN95 mask was removed and replaced by 10 paper masks (only after I complained) Breakfast was cold, rubbery and awful tasting
