No privacy!

Very bad hotel. There is no respect for privacy. Housekeeping knocks on the door even when your "do not disturb" sign is up like other reviewers have mentioned. They also CALL your room and wake you up trying to sell you spa services! Hotel feels more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. There is also smoking in the hotel which stinks. Avoid

Great Hotel

The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was also great. We went to Jeddah to watch the football. It was the friendliest place we have ever visited. There is no public transport system so you have to download the "Uber" app on your phone. We recommend you visit the old town which is a few miles south of the hotel.

Unsatisfied with hospitality experience and check in at reception, front desk was not welcoming and lacked good interface with us at check in time. We do not expect to revisit there again. Needs too much improvement.

The lady staff at the Front Desk is accommodating (Sept 2 check in). Breakfast is good, full of variety with bread, pastries, fruits, live cooking of your preferred egg, cereals and oats, coffee machine. Though the room is small but it is okay. Excellent location of this hotel, near Red Sea mall and great restaurant in the area.
