Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location close to bars and restaurants. Room was spacious, well equipped and quiet. Bathroom was good and well fitted. Breakfast was included and it was basic but very acceptable. Parking was easy to get to with direct access through a rear door to the hotel reception area. We had a very good glass of wine in the hotel bar area which offered comfortable seating. Great location for the Calais to Dover ferry only 10 mins to the terminal. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean staff were polite and it was quiet and not too noisy. Good location in town centre close to beach. The only thing I can say which was a bit of a downside is that there was only one receptionist who was taking telephone bookings as well as serving customers. The room itself was a decent size the bed was comfortable but there was a problem with the curtains they were not proper blackout curtains and there was no lights working in bathroom or room only one lamp. But apart from these things had a really lovely time and the breakfast was really nice and filling. Lots of variety of french foods to chose from.

We used to Ibis for a quick stop over on our way too Disneyland Paris. We arrived late and the reception staff were really helpful. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a great walk in shower, we stayed for breakfast which was good value.

Perfectly acceptable stay in centre of Calais, nothing wrong nothing brilliant. Rooms are small but functional, decent shower and breakfast ok. Would use again for an overnight stop but would also check other alternatives, staff friendly. No air con which in sumner would be an issue

This iBIS style is located in Calais city centre. Here you have everything from bars restaurants supermarkets. IBIS Staff very good, knowledgeable and informative. This hotel is very good for the rate you pay. Rooms are decent the only downside is no air conditioning. Recommended.
