I came for Novotel as a business trip. To be honest it is an average to good hotel as most of Ryiadh Hotels, however the Staff are so friendly especially the restaurant people, Thank Sayed kamran & Jennifer you were so friendly and helpful.

The team was very good I like to thank Arwa, Huda, Firas and Mohamed for their kind support and making our stay a very pleasant one . Rooms were clean , staff responsive and food was good. Location of hotel is excellent and I would stay here next time I’m in Ryd.

Nice Hotel and staff. Room was clean and the location was nice in the middle of Riyadh. Arwaaa and Hoda was too supportive 😊🙏 When I will come back to Riyadh will stay there again. I want to thank Arwaa again as she was too professional and helped me alot in answering all my questions about the city during my stay.
