Fabulous stay at the Sofitel hotel Great location short walk from T5 Lovely spacious room with every comfort. Lovely professional staff The bar is superb with wide choice and not too expensive given its London We booked and ate dinner in the Vivre Restaurant and it was exceptional

Really excellent stay, with upgrade to the Imperial Suite was was fabulous. Thank you once again to Aartee who looked after us superbly and to Alessandro for sorting out the upgrade. A brilliant stay and so convenient to be next to terminal 5. Thank you!

This has always been our go to hotel for late /early flights. However, totally disappointed with our last stay. Due to a delayed flight, we finally checked in last Tue night around 10pm. I actually booked a luxury room but when they actually gave us a standard room. The check in agent was happy to cheat us out of the money, and put us in the standard room. I would have been happier if he said they have allocated our room to someone else and need to downgrade us, and we will take some monies off. Instead, I had to call down reception and created hell, then they deducted money off. i have since written to them and still waiting for a response!

We stay at this hotel whenever we land at Heathrow and it never disappoints. For the wear and tear an airport hotel is subjected to, Sofitel is always clean and in good repair. The staff goes above & beyond to make guests happy. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant - don't miss the indian dishes - with wonderful service. In the morning, Sujeewa provided wonderful, friendly service and lots of helpful information about travelling around London. He was charming. Don't hesitate to make a stop here. You will awake refreshed and ready for the next step of your journey. Congratulations to all at the Sofitel Heathrow!
