Clean and comfortable room with a view overlooking the fountain in the little square in front of the hotel. As motorcycle travellers whose friend recently had their bike stolen in Reims, it is worth the peace of mind to pay for the hotels indoor garaged parking facilities. The staff were very helpful and even called the Ibis hotel at our next stop to reserve a garaged parking space for us. There would have been so much more to see and choices of places to eat had we not arrived over the Easter weekend when practically everything was closed. We ate the pizzas at the hotel which were nice and served a purpose.

An extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. We had an horrible room - second floor - with view over the roof and the aircon system. We told the reception that was not acceptable and they refused to give us an other room due to Covid and shortfall of staff, which is not our responsibility. Terrible noise all night. Those rooms over the roof should be kept for staff not customers ! No food, no breakfast, no room service. An absolute disgrace.

Did not say when booking that the hotel wants €16 a night to park. If you stay in hotel there parking should be free!!! Hotel was nice in side, nice bar and seating area, Easy walking to lots of bars and restaurants

Although the bedrooms are a good size they lack basic amenities such as a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. An oddity is that if you want an evening meal you are directed to the adjacent Mercure Hotel where things quickly went downhill. Our meal was OK but the service reached new heights of surliness. When my wife pointed out that a piece of cutlery she was expected to use was clearly unwashed the replacement was slammed down in front of her with a scowl and absolutely no apology. I imagine that the young lady in question may have experienced a particularly bad day, but this was inexcusable. For anyone thinking of using this establishment they also charge 9.50 Euros for a small glass of a very ordinary chablis.

Ensuite celui-ci ne dispose pas de restaurant c'est pour cela que nous vous avons proposé notre restaurant de l'hôtel MERCURE. je tiens à m'excuser pour l'attitude de la serveuse et en informerer mon responsable restauration. pour le prix du Chablis celui-ci est indiquer sur notre carte qui dispose également de verre de vin à un prix inférieur. vous remerciant encore pour votre séjour et vos commentaires je vous prie d'agréer mes salutations distinguées. After arriving a day early, managed to get sorted. The very nice and helpful lady on reception got things changed round and sorted a room out for us. Breakfast was much better than the average budget hotel with plenty of choice. The location is ideal, in the centre of Millau.
