IBIS is always true to expectations - this one is no different. Simple but clean and functional facilities. Better than average restaurant. Good internet. Could use a Gym since the area is not suited for walking or running in the region.

Ibis is a guarantee of what you are going to get - all over the world! This one was no exception. very well located for work in the industrial district of Betim and Contagem. Definitely not for families or tourism since there is nothing but industrial facilities in that region - nearest mall is 15 minutes away.

Good localization but depends of your need. If your Customer are near to Ibis it is ok but if not, there are other best options in terms of hotels. In general it would be interesting some modernization in the building, nothing too special. The dinner is good and adequate, even because the region does not have many options.

I was in room 367 friday 27/10 to saturday 28/10 and i forgot my cell phone charger in the room. I went back to the hotem saturday afternoon to collect my charger and was informed that the " Lost property room was closed and no key was available. " Call us on Monday " they said. I called on Monday to be told that my charger had not been handed in. Very disappointing !!!!!!!! One more thing - nobody was smiling at this hotel
