Horrible service. This hotel charges you extra 150€ on check in without any reason. When we asked for any legal base for that, they couldn’t find anything and their only response was “pay or f… off”. The woman at the check-in showed us on the computer screen a part of a conversation with other customers WITH THEIR PRIVATE DATA in order to “prove” that other customers paid this 150€. In the end, she arbitrarily charged us 80€ (?), which so far has not been returned to our account. This hotel is a joke. AVOID.

It's the same principle as when you rent a car. The amount consulted does not correspond to a debit. Easy to stop from the A9/A709 motorway, so convenient for one night stay on a roadtrip. The hotel is surprisingly modern and cozy for a budget hotel and even with a bit of a language barrior the staff is very friendly. The restaurant terrace is nice, the waitress was super kind and the food was good. Room is very basic but clean and had everything you need for quick stop over. Car park.

This hotel is located not in the main centre but it’s well connected by tram to the centre. The installations are new and the decoration is modern and simple. Great staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was not included in the price but there is a supermarket nearby. They also have a free parking available.

Plenty of tight parking. Rooms were a bit tight and outdated. Staff was very friendly. Location is good. There is a restaurant next door. Breakfast is great and well worth every penny you spend on it.

I was here for a few days in the Christmas week. It was very good all-round. Nothing to complain about, I can only recommend. A nice, friendly, young and helpful front desk team who are approachable and easy to talk to. I will certainly go back here if I have the opportunity.
