Filthy hotel. Worst I have ever encountered

Booked enroute after a very long journey. Room was in darkness as lights did not work. Door lock did not work. Had to call staff to open it . Toilet was so filthy I could not use it. Bed stank! Even though I had paid online upfront I preferred to sleep in the car rather than this place. left after 15 mins! complained to Accor but did hear anything back. Will never stay in another Accor hotel again!

Not worth it even at low price.

Dirty room with a broken window. Pillows stank through the pillowcase. Toilet & shower communal, not en suite. Had to use the W.C., but left very early (05:45) without taking a shower because the facilities were so awful. TBH if I had not been exhausted after 12 hours travel, I would not have slept there. Luckily I had some food with me, because the hotel is on some sort of industrial estate. I am happy that I was alone, because I think my better half would not have set foot in this hotel. My heartfelt advice to you is go elsewhere, because it surely can't be as bad as this hole.

Could do with a good clean!

The room was dirty and the service was poor. There was fag ash and chewing gum under the mattress. The view was of litter thrown out of windows. Breakfast service was only just adequate. These hotels used to be cheep but clean and cheerful. Not any more.

Stayed overnight en route to south of France. Booked two rooms,both sleeping three,one for us,one for the kids.Each room cost 29 Euros and we knew what to expect- a clean, easy to access room with shared facilities. Sharing the loos always puts my husband off but, to be honest, we didn't see anyone else so really wasn't a problem. We arrived very late at night(1 in the morning) but the easy to use self check-in service was straight forward -just make sure you have your booking info with you so you can access the check in code. Very quiet, well insulated rooms and good,secure parking. Was easy to find the hotel,even in the dark, from the main roads. Would stay there again for a quick overnight stop.

As advertised, therefore good.

Ephraim-Somerset Friends getaway - Ulasan TripAdvisor tersertifikasi

Stayed there with some mates en route to Bordeaux from Calais, (we wanted to look a Chartres). Exactly as advertised: rooms OK but sparse, WCs all working as were showers. Like the Ronson Ad: "As written on the tin". Unlike the scruffy place in Abbeville: see other review.
