Basic hotel but very clean with comfortable beds. In a great location by the tram stop and across the road from the beach. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The lovely staff at reception and the 'breakfast man' made our stay memorable. A big shout out to Faustine and Solenne!

This hotel was perfect. I am a professor (from the US) who organized a trip for 20 college students. We stayed here for 4 nights and I would 100% stay here again. There's a tramway stop right outside the door that takes you directly to the airport (one direction) or into town (the other direction). Of course, walking along the beautiful promenade des anglais (one street over) is also an option. Laundry, a bakery, several cheap (but good) eating options are steps away. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was very good and filling. The rooms were clean, an appropriate size, and updated (with USB ports for charging phones).

Excellent budget hotel. So much better than I expected. Very clean. Staff friendly. Next to the tram stop. Walkable to shops and supermarkets. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were on floor 9 and lifts were frequent. Definitely will be back.

We had the best stay in Nice, thanks partly to this fantastic hotel! Super helpful staff who are only too happy to share tips on how to operate the tram system and ideas for day trips. We stayed for three nights, had a sea view and clean bedding and towels every day. Our room - we had a family room - was great; beds were comfy and room was spotless. There’s a tram right outside the hotel that goes into the port in Nice, and also to the airport. Take our advice and opt for the tram when getting to and from the airport; we hopped in a taxi on our way there are it cost us €40 for a trip that is less than three miles! Nice old town is about 1.5 miles and is easily walkable. There are restaurants and shops closer to the hotel, though, and a lovely little bolangerie opposite that serves coffee and pastries.

For the room rate, we would highly recommend this budget hotel. Great location just off the promenade, tram stop on Line 2 just outside. Parking across the road at Indigo Lenval is euro 28 per 24 hours (in 2023). Highlights : new hotel, up to date facilities, excellent bedtime reading lights, quiet and effective aircon in rooms, good shower, comfortable beds. Lowlights : no safe, no hairdryer. Great low cost base in Nice. Recommended.
