Don't believe an Ibis website - check with the hotel before you book.

We would have rated our stay more highly as the staff were friendly and the location suited us BUT we booked on the basis that the hotel website boasts of an outdoor pool. It does indeed have a pool which looked clean and inviting and the temperature outside was 29 BUT it was not yet June so despite it being very hot and a three day holiday weekend in France 27th to 29th May it was not available. Needless to say there is no mention of that on the website so don't believe what you read. Ibis should know better and be more adaptable - it's not rocket science.

Effectivement notre piscine n'est pas prête à recevoir le public avant le 1er juin , les produits n'étant pas encore assez efficaces pour protéger et être aux normes de sécurité, le temps n'avait pas été très bon ce mois de mai et ne pouvions mettre trop tôt les produits . Les sites internet ne le mentionnent pas effectivement , en réservant directement à l'hôtel ,nous aurions pu vous le signaler . Bien à vous Catherine D.

At this Hotel you Will always feel welcome. The reception welcome you and you feel at Home and vers welcome . The restaurant is workshop class . . I’m looking forward to dinner when I arrive … and in the morning a great breakfast … In the summer time the pool is a good place to relax .. And Chalon Sur Saône is in the heart of some of the world best wine producers ..

First time ever reviewed,but our overnight stay here was so good I felt they deserved a mention. After an exhausting drive from Tarragona Spain, we thankfully turned off the motorway and found this hotel. The receptionist asked the kitchen to cook something for us as they had just closed. No problem, excellent reception, food service, and very well organised to cope with covid restrictions. Breakfast equally recommendable to send us on our wY to UK. Highly recommended, Thank you❤️

Well placed just off the toll road. It was very easy to find. There is ample car parking on site. The restaurant offers meals in the evening and this is where breakfast is served in the mornings. Air conditioning in the room worked well. Would stay here again.

Really good value for money, if you just want a stop over on your way through. Big rooms, comfortable bed, air con, very pleasant staff. Good Covid precautions, and a nice restaurant if you don’t want to venture out.
