I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. There was no problem with communication in English. The atmosphere was great. The breakfast was very varied and catered to everyone's needs. Products were very fresh, a large selection of baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs. It was also possible to have a hot breakfast. Also juices, coffee, a large selection of teas. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a room met our expectations. Easy transport connection with underground, and also with airport Paris ORLY.

money missing from my room!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. The room was small (barely enough room to open the suitcase up). The beds were comfy but the room got so hot in the night we both slept awfully and kept waking up sweating. The bathroom was tiny and mouldy. The shower was however a good shower and body wash was provided. The hotel is within 10 minute walk of the bus and train stations so handy and easy to get into the city centre. I left money in the room and we came back that evening, i was missing 25 euro. We then the next day left the sign on the door for our room to not be touched however this was ignored and cleaners had been in. Left feeling very unhappy and will not recommend this hotel or stay again.

Rooms were on small side but I was only person in room so it wasn't a problem. Neighborhood wasn't the best but this was a tour so it was 'out the door and onto the bus' every morning we were here. The beds and bedding was very nice. Resataurant had a solid breakfast bar with breads, eggs, sausage, fruits and cereals. Staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet.

Decent hotel, but bathroom drain is very slow!

We stayed here for two nights and the hotel as such is pretty nice, got a good breakfast in an alright location, friendly staff, though obviously what you're paying for is value for money. The one major problem is the bathroom, the drain drains really slow, you can only be in the shower for one minutes at a time or the whole bathroom floods then you got to wait 5 minutes and go again. This is a major drawback and I mentioned this to reception and they said they would send someone up but when we got back nothing had been fixed and at that point I couldn't be bothered chasing it up more.

Stayed here in December really small room but we didn’t need anything else just a base and you get what you pay for. staff at reception were really friendly the night staff were especially brilliant, room cleaned every day great value for money. Breakfast was okay nothing spectacular but got what we needed. Location is okay not far from train station port d Italie however when the park is closed it’s a nightmare walk to get back from the station as you have to cross really narrow walkways under a flyover bridge, all in all for what we paid we can’t complain it’s basic but cheap . We were never there long as we were busy our sight seeing and out so if a bed is all you’re after it’s perfect
