I found a sock under the desk, had to ask for an extra hoovering as I had an allergic reaction the first night, and the iphone charger I forgot in the hotel was not found by the personnel.

Checkin was easy. Room was next to the lift but we didn’t hear anything so sound proofing is excellent, room layout is good, bed comfortable but we couldn’t get the aircon to work so found the room hot. Resorted to leaving the window open, which is preferable. There is tea/coffee making in the room but no milk at all, nor a fridge. Hanging space is ok for a short stay but nowhere really to put your large suitcases. We left our room around 9am and returned about 2.30pm but it hadn’t been cleaned. Not really an issue other than there is only a very small rubbish bin so would have been good to get our trash removed. Car parking is underneath, there is a bus 2 minutes away and metro about 8. Easy to get into the centre of town.

Our garden view rooms can actually be a little warmer, as they are south-facing with large windows.
