Studio apartment with no windows, constantly smelly, shower screen leaks, dishwasher performance sub par leaving dishes and glassware smeared with something. Kitchen cabinet door coming off its hinge, one of the shelves collapsed as did all the things on it. The holes for the pegs are too large so the shelves are wobbly. Very few kitchen gadgets and saucepans. Door slammed shut creating a loud noise. None of the powerpoints worked independently except in the bathroom or kitchen, they were hardwired to the main light so unable to charge accessories near seating or bedding areas unless you want the main light on as well. All TV stations are through a low quality Foxtel broadcast so only the main free to air stations available. Bathroom hand basin missing a plug and located under the vanity unit mirror making using it challenging. The worst thing was the roller blinds that were not wide enough to block morning light, at least 5cms too narrow for the window and a few of them not square. On the positive side, staff were quick to replenish supplies, sourced additional kitchen gadgets promptly and were professional in their conduct.

didn't get the bed configuration that we initially requested but staff soon found us another room. although this room had no balcony or windows that we could open for fresh air. No washing machine but staff were kind enough to allow us twice to access a room to use their washing machine facilities. When we asked for extra supplies these were provided promptly, clothes horse, fresh towels and toilet paper. Had to drive most places but woolworths super convienent.
