Friendly staff and rooms were very well set out . Very happy with our stay . Pool area is great . Thankful that staff allowed us to store our luggage in reception after we checked out as our train didn’t leave til the afternoon . Not too far to walk to the main shopping precinct of Brisbane :)

Everything went smoothly. It's a pity there is no eating option on-site. All requests to staff we easily met and the staff were friendly and really helpful.

really lovely hotel and location my only gripe was it would have been nice for the pool to have been heated in the cooler weather with young kids

Came back for a work trip and was greeted by Jess at reception who was delightful. She signed me up to the ALL program and provided one night’s complimentary parking! Like the size of the rooms, the comfort of the king size bed, the spacious bathroom & good selection of products in the mini bar. Will be back again!
