Great hotel, friendly staff and centrally located. Nice big rooms & comfortable beds. The hotel was so nice and even left a little birthday surprise for my husband’s birthday on arrival. Will definitely stay there again when next in Adelaide .

We had a lovely stay. Location was very central with Central Markets and China town a short walk. The room was very large and well appointed. Lots of natural light. Loved the luxury toiletries but think that coffee pods should be complementary. Bathroom was open plan which was very different and not to our liking so would check when booking if you dont want this configuration. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner in the restaurant was good but not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel represents great value for money and would stay here again.

Love this hotel, however there was a street event on at the union which we were not made aware of when booking and it was extremely noisy and hard to get too. We also chose to have dinner in the restaurant which was not worth the price nor was the breakfast.

Restaurant manager served me multiple times the rudely told me I wasn’t dressed appropriately and told me to go back to my room. I said I would after I finished my drink and he good over me and my guest arguing. The manager of the hotel did not handle that situation well. I had a phone call transferred to my room and I did not know the person well. It was a huge breach of my privacy. I have stayed there many times but not sure I’ll ever again.
