The furniture was broken- dining chairs unsafe to sit on, lounge so sunken it was unable to be sat on comfortably, ottoman broken in the centre and the veranda chairs were tearing. The toaster short circuited the power, the microwave was so broken it couldn’t even heat microwave popcorn and there is no guest wifi. My car is a high 4wd and so couldn’t fit the underneath carpark… night check in told me I could park up top but then the office the next day told me to watch out because I might be towed… not really good enough when I’m a guest and am getting mixed messages about just parking my car. The spa jets in the spa at the pool didn’t work. In saying all this, the location was great, the room view was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The response from management in dealing with the power short circuiting was fast and polite and helpful.

The after hours service was not helpful when we had a few issues with the TV and then taking but the staff during business hours were awesome
