The resort is perfectly located metres from the beach. The resort has a lot to offer, great pool, good gym, good sauna, tennis courts, and a range of other games on the lawns. Breakfast is good in a nice environment. Evening meals high-quality. The service was exceptional. Respectful, Responsive and timely. They listened and responded with very good solutions. We will be back.

Mantra Lorne was great accommodation with so many room options. The pricing was great value for money. We stayed in a resort classic view hotel room. The room was clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. Walking distance to Main Street bars, cafes and restaurants. Across the road from the beach was super handy. They have indoor pool and beers garden at their restaurant. Parking was onsite and super busy. We stayed for 3 nights and had an awesome time. Highly recommend.

Don’t stay at the heritage building and breakfast is inedible.

Heritage building smelt musty, the bathroom surfaces hadn’t been wiped and there was blood on the curtains. The breakfast is inedible don’t bother.

Check in took 20 minutes as the receptionist spoke to the person in front of me about all the things to do and where to eat etc with no acknowledgement that l was waiting. 2 other staff members also did not attend to me. I enquired through Mantra group on 1300 number if there was a microwave in my room as l have dietary requirements and was told that my room had a full kitchen. I brought my food fir this reason. When l arrived the room did not have a kitchen or microwave, so my food was wasted. The room was stuffy so we left window open and when we returned Cockies had got into our food bag and ripped every apart and made a terrible mess. There are no fly screens on window to prevent this problem and no warnings for guests.
