Fantastic spot. The beach and grounds are beautiful. Resort staff will literally run you off the pathway with their buggy and not even acknowledge that you were there, rude as fk. Villa was reasonably clean, but needs some attention. Bathrooms that seemed newly renovated were quite nice. Bedrooms smell very mouldy, lounge is quite possibly the worst lounge in the southern hemisphere.

Disappointed. Don’t stay here unless you have to.

Disappointing doesn’t really cover it. The location and overall look was lovely. Reception staff were welcoming and a credit but that’s where it ends. Room 40 smelt from the minute we walked in. The sofa was so bad that the maintenance man sent to fix it said it had been flagged on numerous occasions but nothing was done. Our tea towel was covered in white filler from a previous maintenance job so we returned that to reception. The safe was unusable as it was part of an upgrade that hadn’t happened. After a night of rain,water came through the windows so the bathroom floor had puddles the following morning. We dealt with an ant infestation from behind the bedroom curtain( spray provided!) There was no housekeeping during our stay so we had soggy towels & and one hand towel which doesn’t match with the 4 stars this hotel claims. And Room 40 is the furthest away from Reception, overlooking the car park. Overall.. very very shabby and not worth the money. My advice- go elsewhere!!

I got really sick on my stay as there was black mould all over the glass ceiling in the bathroom and it was very musky mould smell in the room I have taken photos of it.

The only thing I have an issue with was the banging of the toilets at night. Waking the family up at 2-3 am every morning. This would repeat every night. The location was fantastic and the facilities were very good. We appreciate the staff. They were fantastic as well.
