One Night Staycation with Lounge access

We booked the Pullman Adelaide for 24th Night. As Platinum members of ALL Accor Plus we are eligible for Lounge access and breakfast, and this was a lovely experience. We checked in after work and were assigned room 1015 overlooking the Parklands, The room was well appointed with excellent amenities and some complimentary chocolates. We visited the Hindmarsh Lounge before our show at the Festival theater. The space is well appointed and quiet with spaces that are relatively private. The service provided by Bhoman Desai was exceptional. The lounge had over 20 guests and he was served us by by himself ensuring the canapes were replenished as were our glasses. Despite being very busy he had time to speak with many of the guests at the lounge. Thank you. I would like to compliment whoever is responsible for the wine selection. It is not uncommon to be served De Bortoli mass produced wines at some 5 star Accor hotels in the eastern seaboard. The South Australian selection of wines were exceptional at the Pullman lounge. The one downside was that when we returned after the show which was 11 pm we found that we were not able to get any thing to eat at the Pullman. It surprised us that Room Service also ended at 11 pm!. The Breakfast next morning on ANZAC day was excellent with a wide selection of hot food including eggs done to your preference and 6 juices and barista made coffee which was excellent. The waiting staff were attentive. The selection of fruit was limited and the pancake machine is not becoming of a 5 star hotel but overall the quality of the produce was apparent through out the offerings. Check out was efficient and straightforward. All of this a Credit to the Management team and staff. thank you

We stay at Pullman Adelaide due to its excellent location close to our clients and wonderful amenities for working interstate. The whole PA team are also always super helpful and friendly. A massive shout out to Enrico for his incredible client service, going above and beyond to ensure that we are looked after. We will miss you during your long service leave :)

Obvious that there is a lack of housekeeping staff.

You can tell that there are not enough housekeeping staff. During the 2 night stay the room was not made up until after 4pm! There was no replenishment of coffee/tea either. The breakfast tray sat outside my room all day as well. Also the SALT restaurant is somewhere to avoid if you want more that a child size meal. Service is slow, 30 mins per drink order. Tiny portions big prices. Not even bread rolls to munch on. Disappointing.

One of the lights was not working and I had to fault find the TV to make it work, discovering that the box that the TV is plugged into was disconnected and not plugged into a power socket. As always the service was impecable from the front office staff, concierge and valet.
