- I got a free upgrade for my 5-nights stay (from a hotel room to a suite in the Residence building). - Dining services in the Residence building were amazing! Many thanks to the Waiter (Mr. Hasan Engin) who offered me a new dish every day I had breakfast there… really appreciate the hospitality and professionalism 👍🏼 5⭐️

Mr. Fatih Yaprak of hotel reservation made our stay a memory to be. Thank you Fatih for all your care & follow ups on our needs. Thank you Fatih & pleasure staying in this beautiful hotel. We appreciate your management & this is least to say thank you( s) Emine one of the lounge department staffs seemed to us a very dedicated & high quality server. She treated guests truly professionally & with sincerity. Tx to everyone at lounge. They are all of white gloves quality. Dilan another great asset to the hotel. We truly love our stay in Swissotel & this is our 4th trip to Istanbul in 2024 & we undoubtedly pick this hotel not only for its beautiful location, amenities ( including free SPA ) but also an amazing staff. I regularly visit Swissotel Bosphorous. I like atmosphere,foods and staff. This hotel always crowded and you spend nice time in there. Marketing team also professional,kind and hardworking. Zeynep Yuvali, Müge Kankaya, Beste Oztopal and İpek Turacli best team. I recommend this hotel to everyone,

A little oasis with a view

This review focuses on the Club Lounge on the 17th floor as we felt our experience here merited a review. Will write a separate review on rest of the hotel in due course. On the 17th floor of the hotel is a bit of an oasis with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The lounge there offers guests in certain suites a more personal space for breakfast or a coffee / tea during the day but it is the afternoon ‘happy hour’ between 5 and 7 that is a real treat. A lovely spread of high quality foods and drinks to go with that. It is worth it in our opinion to upgrade the booking to have the access to the lounge. We visited three times during our stay and found the service to be more personal and attentive than anywhere else in the hotel. Particularly, I would want to say that Berkel and Doruk were always a good and welcoming sight after a day’s sightseeing and we appreciated their friendly manner and quick service. Doruk’s Aperol Spritz by the way was made the best of all the spots in the hotel. Thank you Berkel and Doruk!

Amazing hotel and staff. Highly recommended. Always friendly atmosphere. High quality service, food and cleanless. Very beautiful views from the Roof 16 and clean swimming pool. Breakfast is very delicious with a nice view to the Bosphorus.
