We had dinner at The Champagne Bar in The Plaza and what we thought would be a one hour dinner turned into 3 hours of yumminess and fun! The manager, David, was great and our host, Nick, was fabulous!!! As was his chief assistant, Hassan! They were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome! It was our first time at the Champagne Bar and we definitely want to return! Thank you, Nick, Hassan & David! You made our dinner our best one in NY!

An iconic hotel that made our trip very special. It was luxurious and decadent with impeccable service. Great location. We were treated like royalty by the staff. Food was delicious. We now consider it our home from home in New York. I have been to NYC before and did not expect to still be wowed- I was wrong the Plaza wowed me.

Enjoyed a splendid afternoon tea at The Plaza, made exceptional by Shailam's warmth and hospitality. Every detail was perfect, from the ambiance to the service. One of the best experiences in the city hands down! P.S. The English Cucumber sandwiches are to die for.

Had a wonderful time at afternoon tea at The Palm Court. A great way to spend Mother’s Day weekend with my mom and mother-in-law! We all opted for the Central Park Tea with the added champagne, and it was perfect. Thank you to Shalim Khan for the excellent service!

Shalim was a wonderful waiter at our Palace tea experience. He was very attentive and kind. The cucumber sandwiches were amazing and the scones. The jasmine tea was also delectable. We will definitely be back to have tea again at the Palace.
