Our server Aroldo was very thoughtful. He tended to every need and even cut a cork and wedged under the table to stabilize it when he noticed it was wobbly. I recommend this place, great service. The food was also wonderful, we ordered a suite of delicious appetizers.

The hotel is beautiful from the second you walk in. The staff is also very attentive and welcoming . Aroldo was a wonderful server during my stay. Will be coming back!

The small scale hotel with lovely selected decoration excells by its location high on the hills and its peacfull yard, evocing some feeling of serenty like in a castle. Mood is friendly and appears heartfelt. The treatment by the kitchen is a charm, Sometimes the service misses some of the perfection, a 5 star hotel of this price range would let you expect. Dont't get me wrong nothing failed, just it misses some off the evortless delivery you can be used to. I had a Junior suite, which I couldn`t see how it qualified its name which was rather small. This last two mentions makes me think that this unique hotel has an unattractive priceing model.

We got married during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special night, and delightful stay. Everytime we returned to our room there was another beautiful surprise. Our room was incredible. Beds are huge and comfortable. Staff always so genuinely friendly, smiley and attentive. Brilliant views of Rio around the hotel. Will come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Santa Teresa hotel very much. The location and our room were perfect, although I wondered what the other rooms were like. The pool was delicious, the view tremendous. The included breakfast was tasty and a perfect way to start the day.
