Wanz was very warm and made us feel comfortable. We had a belated mother's day celebration with the hi-tea buffet and he made is very special for my mother. I would likely visit it another time as it was such an amazing place as well..the ambience was peaceful.

Due to a recommendation from a friend, we tried dining at Racines. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in to our table. The food was served fast and tasted very good. The staff who assisted was Paul who took care of us all throughout the night. Our family had a wonderful experience. Thanks Racines!

The bar had a great ambience which I particularly enjoyed. The staff Wenz and Paul were very detailed and thoughtful in their service. There was also a great deal for their happy hour drinks between 5pm and 8pm. Good place to chill and relax after a long work day.

First time to try Sofitel’s 1864 and I must say the place is so nice and cozy! The ambience is relaxing perfect for chill night with friends. Big shoutout to Paul who attended to us together with Wenz. They both exuded enthusiasm and professionalism. :)

Went for mother day and wedding celebration with a family of 1 year old. Back to my wedding banquet place was memorable. The service was great. Shoutout to wenz, ben, and john. The hi-tea came along with special surprise like donut for children, rose with baby breathe for mother, and a special chocolate cake came with the request memo during booking. I love the service, food and ambience!
