Very friendly and kind staff, ever so grateful to them ( won't go into details). The hotel is very coveniently situated close to a metro station,within walking distance from Casa Milla and Casa Batlo, about 30 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. Clean rooms, good shower, but rather small and basic. Breakfast serves yoghurt, fruits, eggs, ham, cheese, pastries, cake. They have an interesting security system which I liked where stairs are locked and elevators only work with the hotel key. I would stay here again.

Stayed here overnight before our cruise the day after. Helpful staff on reception, as we arrived before 3pm we were told that if we downloaded a free app we would be allowed to check in early which we did. Nice clean room, and adequate enough for our overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was also good enough to set us up for the day ahead before our cruise check-in. Reception staff also rang the night before to book a taxi to take us to the port. The day we checked out there was a marathan going on, and on checking with the taxi firm arranged a different one for us as the original firm could not guarantee the pick up time. Well situated hotel for walking to Sagrada Familia and Gaudi houses. Would recommend.

We arrived a couple of hours before check in time but the room was ready for early check in. Reception staff very helpful with directions , taxis and even helped carry our bags up/down the few steps to reception area. We booked a twin room which was very small. No bar fridge nor tea/coffee making facilities in room. However , you can request coffee pods and use machine near reception for free during daylight hours. 1 small bottle of water (complimentary) in-room. With two occupants only one chair in room so bed was the only option to sit on. While I understand the need to be eco friendly, two disposable cups in the bathroom is not exactly ok for 3 nights stay. Breakfast was basic but convenient. The best is the location. We walked to every Gaudi site except Park Guell. Heaps of good restaurants in the area for dinner.

I arrived in Barcelona early. When we reach hotel at about 10.45am, front office kindly let me check-in ! I am so impressed. We informed the hotel we are celebrating wedding anniversary & they did an arrangement on the bed for us. They exceeded my expectations. Breakfast staff is amazing. Special shout out to Veronica. She was very warm & friendly. Spoke to both my wife & me. Food wise is the same food daily Location wise, convenient & easy to reach all tourist spots & attractions For the price vs quality, i recommend this hotel. It is the staff that makes the difference.

This is a small, almost boutique sized hotel, located in the centre of all that Barcelona has to offer. The reception staff are very helpful. The room is fairly standard and in usual European style, it does not have a refrigerator nor kettle. It does have a safe. The bed is comfortable and the room has a midsized, wall mounted television. Heating and cooling was effective and the bathroom (and shower) is a nice size. Our room did have a large steel pillar in the centre, which could be an issue at night if you forget where it is! The hotel is serviced by two lifts, which are small and not ideally speedy. Public transport is nearby and the Rambla only about a 10 minute walk. A local supermarket is about 300 metres away and dining options are plentiful.
