The service and care provided by Ash, Sofia, Glenn and Chaw in the privilege lounge was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for this team, including help my colleague with an unusual request. This team is a massive credit to Mercure/Novotel and is the reason I always pick this location when coming to Singapore, which I do regularly. Kudos to these guys and girls :-)

We had a really great stay but as with all things nothing is perfect. However, the staff handled everything perfectly. Sofia had a welcome greeting in the morning at the lounge and was helpful in local tips. Selena had a smile every evening in the lounge after a long day. A special thank you to Mr Qadir who made every effort to help anyone and everyone. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to seeing you soon.

During the check in for Novotel hotel, we were attended to by Sean. His hospitality and genial demeanor through the check-in warrants a compliment. We were warmly greeted and his courtesy during the interaction was pleasant. We were even offered a complementary welcome drink given the hot and humid weather on that day. Thank you Sean.

Dusty room, long & cold IRD food

I went there for a 1 day staycation, the room is big & rather spacious, but is dusty. I scanned the IRD (In-Room-Dining) QR code to place my laksa order. I was informed that laksa was not available, so I opted for a dish of Char Kuay Teow instead when they called me back. I waited and contacted the operator because the meal was still not here despite waiting for 50mins already, but they said it was on its way. But after 20 minutes, the food finally arrived. I was rather dissatisfied as I spent close to $22 for a plate of cold char kuay teow.

The hotel is part of Accor group so the quality is there. I stayed at this hotel with our Perak Tourism group Mr. RAMESH especially helped us alot. He helped arrang bus parking area and give usefull information regarding Accor membership. We enjoy staying in the garden and swimming pool . I strongly recommended to other malaysia tour group to stay here......
