We loved our Cucina waiter, Andika, he has set a very high standard of service for the resort. So friendly and very attentive, we booked our tables specifically to be with Andika 👏🏼 The Sofitel Nusa Dua is one of the very best resorts we have stayed at.

It’s been a while since i had a trip and enjoyed every aspect of it, starting with the hotel itself. The location is phenomenal as i appreciate my peace of mind and can’t stand a hotel that has party activations within it. Also Nusa Dua is such a lovely location itself. The room are very specious and comparing it to the prices to other hotels its worth what i am paying for. They had a small welcome arrangement for us in the room which was also a very nice touch. The staff were very very friendly and professional. The gym was quite well equipped as well and the spa was superb. We had the room with breakfast, they offer a huge variety of cuisine that suits every palette and it was actually really good. I thank Sofitel for making this experience very memorable, can’t wait to be back again.

All Accor, is the best to contact once you booked to stay in Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort. I will look forward to come

Stayed in the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua for 9 nights. The longest that I have ever stayed in a hotel ever. Stayed for the 68th UICH International, which was hosted in Sofitel as well. Artana, the Asst. Chief Concierge is definitely the best person to find to help with anything. Assistance with directions, with recommendations, even with smaller items like printing and such, he was really the best person to find. The overall team was amazing. Bu Anik in Banquet Operations was super speedy in setting up and re arranging the rooms as per request. Pak Agus Patra and Michelle who was always fast response and super helpful in the event preparations. The front office team, Duty Manager Irham, Dania, Dian, Pandya, Meity, Jaka and the bellmans and front desks who are always there for every single request from us and the delegations, has made the overall stay much more enjoyable. The housekeeping team who made our beds daily, ensuring we have the best rest after a long day of events, were also superheroes. The bed was always made comfortable and the turndown service is always appreciated. Kudos to the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort team who made our event a smashing success and our stay even more enjoyable.
