We recently celebrated our anniversary at Novotel Canary Wharf and couldn't have been happier with our experience! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast service provided by Barbara Rebeka. Her attentiveness and exceptional service truly stood out. It was all good except for a few nail clippings on the carpet in front of my bed, which however made me question how well the rooms were cleaned overall. This results in my more negative rating than it would otherwise have been.
