The staff were fantastic, however I would not say the rooms were the purported 5 star rating. Whilst clean and suitable, the a/c/heating was not working correctly, amenities such as TV could be upgraded to allow for modern connections (usb drives/streaming links), no coffee machine etc., climbing into the bath for showering was also a bit difficult, & windows were also in need of a clean. I would probably not re-book here.

We arrived early and thankfully was allowed to checkin to the room much earlier. Staffs are very kind. We even dined at Windows on the Park.

Had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was attentive and helpful everyday and time . The room was spacious and I was thankful for the blackout curtains to sleep off the jet lag the first day. The bathroom was also big and had a combo shower and bath.
