Our experience was all good, bearing in mind that this is a budget hotel. Staff very helpful, room clean, continental breakfast fine. Benefits from being only a very short walk from a tram stop for easy access to the city centre. Only comment would be that next time I would ask for a room away from the busy road nearby.

It was very basic. Very disappointed that there was no kettle and no hairdryer. If travelling for work you need these things. All I can say is that the room was clean and functional and the bed comfy.
