I had a great stay and the Rockford. From the time of check-in until check out I was made to feel very welcome and all of the team looked after me superbly. Special mention to the guys on the front desk / check-in who sorted out a few issues for me quickly and very efficiently and also a special mention to Ms Jane in the bar / F&B team for her friendly and exemplary service during my stay. Very impressed by the team and I will now be making this my preferred stay in Adelaide!

Poor cleanliness, well located

Location was good but when I arrived I found the room I had been given had a dinner plate size stain of blood on the back of the bathroom door, and on the door handle. The furniture looked like it has been used in a fight, the bed was old and sunk in the middle, and during the 2 nights I stayed the noise from the garbage trucks under the room , and the slamming of doors from rooms around me made for poor sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hit with a $25 bill just for leaving my car in the basement. Currently spending 2 nights at the Barossa Novotel and no such rip-off here.
