Staff very friendly, the room was very big

No window. One hand towel, no ice tray, sub standard toilet roll, tv limited On the plus side your free parking was much appreciated.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Everything you could ask for. The room conditions of the motel were average and well below the standard I would expect. As an Accor member it’s the worst condition of a motel I have stayed in. Mark

Attended LIV golf event for 3 days and stayed in balcony room 406. Some previous reviews were very negative about age, cleanliness etc but my experience was a very positive one. It is over 100 years old, it is a 3 star rated hotel and the room decor is not modern chic. But, the linen was crisp, the pillows as good as most other higher rated hotels, the towels and toiletries more than adequate and the location is 5 star. The vending machine in each foyer is well stocked and about 90% cheaper than buying from room service as you do elsewhere. Staff were good and helpful and even organised to Mail to me a set of earbuds I left in my room. Overall, you probably wouldn’t take a significant other here for a romantic getaway but, if you’re looking for a no fuss comfortable hotel with easy access to anything, give it a go.
