Beautiful swimming pool with friendly staff Rooms comfortable if a bit dated

However, we regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of an iron in the room. Our hotel does offer ironing facilities upon request, and we also have an Iron Room on the second floor available for guests. Regarding the room condition, we continuously strive for excellence and take your comments seriously. While we maintain our rooms and amenities with great care, we understand that some aspects may have shown signs of wear. Overall was an okay stay...the rooms are nice and the bed is very comfortable. The staff don't particularly go out of their way to assist you and weren't very helpful on a number of occasions. frustrating

Convenient Location Right Opposite the Zoo!

As an All Accor member, the hotel felt unwelcoming as the priority check-in was unmanned with a focus on other check-in counters. I was only served once all other lines were cleared, only to discover that the computer at the priority check-in did not work. When I checked in, the junior suite was underwhelming with stains on carpets and sofa. The layout was also strange! Thankfully, Gabriel from the Saturday morning service kindly helped me get another room that suited our liking. Would also like to compliment the front house manager Lena, who was kind enough to receive a parcel for my daughter's potty for our stay. Shout out to the evening staff at BLEND who helped prepare milk for my daughter each night. Now the best part of the hotel is the zoo's location. Other key sites are also close by like Jewish Memorial, Parliament House and Brandenburg gate. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby from Italian to Turkish and also a few Asian-inspired places. Wen

Very comfortable stay. The rooms are nice and quiet and good bed and shower. Service was great. The only aspect for improvement is the gym which is really small and hot as it is next to the pool. Thank you!
