Stay away from this hotel !!! They didn't want to clean the room and change towels even the price for one night is 90 EUR. Guy on the reception told me that they clean the room only if guest asks !!?? Then I asked and nothing happened. Staff is non professional and not trained, very unkind. Keep yourself far away from this facility ! They will try to make you crazy if you ask something regular (clean room, shampoo, towels...). At the begining they will charge you 25% more money than regular price with an excuse ''Maybe you will use some additional service''. When you say you don't use anything extra, they roll their sly eyes and said ''Company policy, we have to charge 25% extra). The worst hotel experience ever for me. First of all, the hotel was good, and the staff was friendly. However, the room was not really good, it was old and the cleaners were not really good. Also, I had problem with the toilet in my room and they did not fix it. The location was not really good as well. The breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here for two nights we booked a deluxe room I am a Accor member The checking was good the room was well appointed we did not take the breakfast deal up What I has a problem with was on the 2nd morning I notice the bed hadn't been made properly and when I pulled back to expose the mattresses it was stained and dirty I went down to front desk staff showed them the pics there was no opology and just that they would get house keeping on to it I said that mattress should have changed long ago they had no response and a no care attitude

Great quality hotel in a central area. Staff is lovely and helpful and the modern renovated upgraded rooms are comfortable and well insulated to reduce the traffic noise. Could be improved by providing some anemities in the bathroom eg dental kit, shower cap etc.
