Very poor service The elevators are not enough for the number of rooms of the hotel.You have to wait 5-10 minutes or more to go to the reception stuffed among many many people especialy in hot times like breakfast hours etc Breakfast was very poor The alarm started sounding around 1 am and there was very rude response from the front desk regarding this I will never stay again in this hotel

We were on the top floor. Only two comments: the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, should give the option for a single bed in its place, and the access to the street along the quai was difficult, suggest adding more ramps and reducing the step which is a tripping hazard.

Super clean and lovely hotel. Easy 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were really helpful. The room was lovely with amazing views.

Front desk have no customer service at all, as a front desk agent my self i felt i was doing my own check in, no information about the hotel was given, the only person that really help me was victor the concierge he really took his time and listened to me about my concerns, thanks victor.

Our stay was good. It was suitably located for touring Paris and we had a good time overall. The children's playground nearby was really helpful as our kids had fun using the facilities and mingling with the local kids. Could have given a higher rating but, despite my request, the hotel did not do anything to recognize that the trip was for my wife's milestone birthday.
