This hotel is perfectly situated for all the major (in our opinion) tourist sites in the city. Claudia, the assistant front house manager, was a particular stand out member of the team. She was extremely helpful - helping with our queries/providing information - prior to our stay and on arrival.

Very nice rooms. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to many restaurants, theaters and all the museums. Will definitely stay here again.

1- The hotel rooms were not clean enough, i had to be calling them to clean specific parts of the room 2- The bed sheets have not been changed for the entire time i was there, the bed was made using the same sheets for over 6 days. 3- I was charged more than expected.
