The hotel is in good location but the F&B offering is very limited , breakfast is very basic , requested two rooms next to each other on reservations few months before arrival but the request was neglected , rooms are very dark , most of the staff are not helpful , was at the terrace for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take an order but no one came , went in to ask for someone to come and I was told ok but another 5 minutes without any one to come ! Requested my bill at check out the printer wasn’t working and I was promised to receive it by email but never did . I asked for a car to take me to the airport and I got a regular taxi which could be dangerous in São Paulo .

I was staying here for work and was happy to find this restaurant option on site after a busy congress day. The ceviche was excellent and the meat as well. I was a bit lazy to go out this night and was looking for a easy plan B, I am glad I gave this restaurant a shot ! There was also a nice live band that night which I also really enjoyed. Fernando attended me and he has been very professional, welcoming. Muito Obrigada Fernando and team !
