We had stayed the hotel for half-business and half-vacation purposes. Everything was great during our stay! The excellent reception staff, especially Sophia (서승희), were very friendly and tried to meet our requests or answer any questions, made us feel welcomed. We appreciate their hospitality again. My room on 10th-floor was sparklingly clean and had a nice view toward Gangnam and further southern areas. The room was already well prepared, and the housekeeping helped us quickly when we needed any extra amenity. Furthermore, the room service for the breakfast was decent. All of them was beyond our expectations! Though the hotel is on top of a hill, walking to and back from Gangnam area, taking ~15 mins, was not that much inconvenient. And we could find the places for all-we-need within the neighbourhood. Highly recommended and definitely come back!

I stayed at room 1724 of Novotel Ambassador Gangnam in Seoul from May 3rd to 4th. The front desk staff were very kind and provided excellent service during check-in. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and I felt satisfied. If there were a few complaints, it would be that the room faced the road, so there was some noise from vehicles and motorcycles. At times, I could hear the sound of children passing by and some noise coming from within the room. I got used to it since it was everyday noise, so it became tolerable. Overall, it sounds like a place worth recommending despite the minor inconveniences. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room and staffs are very friendly. Was in awe with the lobby as it has a beautiful waterfall and amazing pastries. Thank you for the kind hospitality, Harry and thank you for making the check in process so easy! I would definitely book again.
