The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel falls short, in my opinion, of the Pullman standard. When we arrived there were no staff to manage the luggage, although one turned up after we had the key. In the morning, no one was available as he was "out driving". There was no minibar nor room service. The restaurant was closed (I suspect as it was a Monday). Food was available from the bar but there were no tables available when we were there so we had to juggle the food. All of that being said, the food was good, the bed comfortable - we slept well - the shower was good. All that was really necessary for an airport hotel that we overnighted at while on our way somewhere else (New Orleans).

I stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and it was perfect. It had everything I needed, the location was great, the staff was great, the price was great. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the pool or the view.

Toilet was clogged before we even were able to use it. Bed was awful, sat in it and the middle caved in. TV was awful to use, all the channels were opposite each other. When we called for someone to fix the toilet no one answered on any of the working areas. Finally got through to someone on the hotel operations. Only good thing was we were able to keep our luggage there till check in, and the free shuttle to the airport. Otherwise awful experience
