Lovely pool area. Swim up bar. Good organised kids activities. Pool view rooms are great. Would stay again. Only down side is staff can be lacking in the Moku Bar Area. Sometimes can be disinterested even when there are other customers. Overall though stay was lovely

overall not bad arrived late at night so couldn't use drinks voucher because we added an extra person on tuesday had to check in twice not the most exciting view for a gold card

Dear Michelle, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort. As you had two separate bookings, keys needed to be re-cut. Unfortunately there is no way around this as we need to check out the first booking and check in the second booking. I'll talk to my team and make sure communication in regards this towards guest is clear on check in. It should have just been a matter of re-cutting the keys. Wonderful location and excellent service, room was a bit squashed for a family but given the location and activities on offer we were hardly ever there.

We stayed at novotel for three nights, I realized this hotel is good for families and kids. Not good for a couple. Very noisy in the swimming pool Can't really relax and room corridor very noisy, Especially Corridor rooms doors Bang ! Bang ! Bang ! every night and day, Can't have a good sleep, The room door has very poor soundproofing Hotel staffs are very polite and nice..

The place was filthy, every cushion in public areas as well as rooms has stains on it. The pool had debrie floating, including bandaids, not surprising considering they have a mixed pool for adults and kids.
