Contemporary art hub.

The MCA or Museum of Contemporary Art is dedicated to Australian and international art. It hosts numerous exhibitions throughout the year, meaning there's always something new to discover at this major cultural hub.

The museum opened in 1991, originally springing from an idea which Australian artist John Power had for a contemporary art museum.
Today it has a collection of works by John Power, as well as many other works of contemporary art including many by Aboriginal artists. Temporary exhibitions bring new dimensions to the mix. Come and see art in a new way during your stay in Sydney.
