The history of the city.

The National Museum of Singapore is the oldest museum in the city. It was built in 1887 and it will take you on a tour of the history of Singapore through fun, informative exhibits.
With some 2800m2 of galleries, this museum invites you to discover the history of the city from the fourteenth century onwards, through objects, but also films, photographs and audio recordings. From history to contemporary living, the museum also has objects that represent everyday life in Singapore such as cooking or fashion items.
