The city's elder…

The Charles Bridge is one of the most well-known constructions of the Czech capital. Crossing the Vltava to link Mala Strana to the capital's old town, the Charles Bridge is simply one of the most famous architectural symbols in the city.

This museum covers the design and construction of the bridge (from 1357 to the late 15th century), but also its significance at a social level: what did it achieve, how was it received, etc. At each end of the bridge stands a defensive tower, Gothic in style, that give the bridge an aggressive, forbidding and simply awe-inspiring appearance.

- Full price : 170
