Photography and technological evolution.

Félix Nadar (1820-1910), like his brother Adrien Tournachon (1825-1903) and his son Paul Nadar (1856-1939)  was a photographer, painter, designer and inventor. Some 300 pieces testify to the talents of each of the three photographers, their collaborations as well as their rivalries, in a journey that embraces the history of the Nadar workshop over a period spanning almost a century. Through original photographic prints, drawings, paintings and objects, this exhibition invites you to discover the legacy of one of the most important and most enduring workshops in the early years of photography.
