All year long
The Fragonard Museum in Grasse is located in the Hotel Villeneuve, a beautifully restored historic building, that recalls the great 18th century mansions of Grasse.
This museum honors one of the most famous figures in the town of Grasse, the painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732-1806), and has around fifteen major works by the artist, as well as collections of paintings of two other artists from Grasse, Marguerite Gérard and Jean-Baptiste Mallet.
This unique collection is the second largest collection of works by Fragonard in France after the Louvre and the largest collection of works by the other two artists.
