Bavarian pride!

The Christopher Street Day - or gay pride - was born in 1970 in order to commemorate the Christopher Street riots which brought an army of New York police officers to face off against a rebelling crowd, following a “heavy-handed” raid of the gay bars in the city.

Each year, Munich hosts this not-to-be-missed event for the homosexual , bisexual and transgender community. Christopher Street Day brings gay & friendly people together for a series of events for one week: gala soirée, parties concerts and of course the famous street party and parade , for a friendly protest march!

From Saturday 8 to Sunday 16 July 2017 :
- Every day, doors open at 10:00
